1. Scope of Services & Educational Disclaimer

KLMethod provides two distinct health and wellness services:

  • Biomechanics: 1-on-1 studio Pilates, movement analysis, and physical conditioning.
  • Physiology: Non-invasive functional diagnostic lab consulting, metabolic typing, and lifestyle restoration protocols (Functional Diagnostic Nutrition / FDN).

Medical & Professional Disclaimer: The information provided on this website and through our physiology protocols is for educational, informational, and general wellness purposes only.

  • Functional lab assessments (including, but not limited to, DUTCH tests, GI-MAP, mucosal immunity, and food sensitivity panels) are used to evaluate functional metabolic imbalances and support holistic health.
  • Our functional health services do not constitute the practice of medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription for specific medical conditions.
  • Services and information provided do not establish a physician-patient relationship. You are advised to maintain an active relationship with a licensed primary care physician for all medical diagnoses, prescription medications, and emergency care.

3. Appointments, Consultations & Cancellations

  • Studio Sessions (Biomechanics): 1-on-1 studio sessions are held by appointment at our studio location. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session.
  • Virtual Consultations & Lab Testing (Physiology): Functional diagnostic testing kits are ordered and fulfilled through third-party laboratories. Once a lab kit has been shipped or processed, lab fees are subject to the policies of the third-party lab provider and may be non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using our contact forms or scheduling tools, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, transmit malicious software, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data.

5. Limitation of Liability
